Orders can be placed on this Website and paid by all the common international credit and debit cards.
Payments will be captured in AUD and the exchange rates can fluctuate if your credit/debit card's currency is other than AUD.
Our credit/debit card information is taken by the payment gateway service provider, Shopify. BODEWELLS does not keep your credit/debit card data.
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days from the date of order placing. Then they will be shipped out from Melbourne, Australia.
BODEWELLS products are shipped internationally using Auspost and its partners in all the countries

Please note: Shipping time above are estimated by our logistic service providers. Sometimes delivery time can be affected by customs clearance, weather and strikes.
We are not liable for losses during the shipping process or at the delivery address:
Australia Post and its partners will not require your signature on delivery of your parcel, and that it may leave parcels at your delivery address, either in the delivery location requested by you or some other safe location selected at Australia Post and its partners' sole discretion, without obtaining a signature from any person; and, if your parcel is delivered in the manner described in above, the parcel will be considered to have been delivered at the time the parcel is scanned as delivered and left at the delivery address.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of Australia Post and its partners in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:
A. where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;
B. where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or
C. where it is not left at the delivery address, and requires collection from a local Post Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or willful misconduct.

All products sold in Australia include 10% GST in selling price
Other countries' import taxes & fees
By placing the order, the buyer agrees to pay import duty and other fees in their country.
Please make sure you are aware of the minimum value for import duty and the import tax in your country before placing the order.
If the item arrives in your country and you refuse to pay for the import taxes and fees, they will be abandoned. BODEWELLS will not refund you the product cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
ALL PRODUCTS CAN'T BE RETURNED FOR FOOD SAFETY REASON. We only offer exchanges if the packaging are damaged. So please take your time to know well about the products and make up your mind about the purchase.
