Return & refund

Please note that, given the nature of our products, we DO NOT provide refunds or exchanges when you have changed your mind about a purchase

BODEWELLS products are made with Australian high quality standard. Therefore, our products will have very minimal packaging defects. 

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for packaging defects due to possible shipping and handling by logistic service providers. 

Please contact us by e-mail (contact@bodewells.com.au) as soon as possible to inform us of your wish to return your goods. After our confirmation, you can then ship the goods to us. Please include your original order number, with your name and address.

It is recommend that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

As soon as the item has been received, inspected and approved, we will exchange the product or issue a refund for the purchase amount by the same method the original order was paid. We will also refund the postage cost of returning the item to us.
